IEM’s OneShot Wheel Gauge swiftly replaces all previous
methods of non-contact measurement by embodying
the design philosophy of “One pass, one measured
wheel”. The OneShot automatically guides the user in
the proper use of the device, adjusting for minor shifts
of angle. Data is recorded, sorted, and stored in an
automated process that transmits the data to
available maintenance databases.
The OneShot is designed to be rugged and reliable
while remaining lightweight and accessible. The
OneShot features few moving parts and a
self-contained enclosure, which assists in carrying
out multiple consecutive measurements with
instant verification and display of measured
data. Operation of the system is as easy as
pointing the OneShot at the intended wheel
and clicking its capture button, instantly
receiving data that measures flange thickness,
flange height, diameter, flange angle, flat
spots, and more
