Mr. Pearlman leads multidisciplinary engineering teams at IEM Corporation, overseeing software, electrical, and mechanical engineers in the development of advanced industrial technologies. With deep expertise in computer vision, multispectral imaging, machine learning, acoustic and vibration monitoring, and network communications, Mr. Pearlman drives innovation across critical applications.
His work supports high-performance solutions in non-contact metrology—including wheel profile measurement and tread inspection—component diagnostics such as hot box detection, and environmental monitoring systems.
Mr. Pearlman brings a strong foundation in functional safety, ISO-certified practices, and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, ensuring both technical rigor and process excellence. A recognized innovator, he holds 17 patents and previously served for 15 years as a senior engineer at Pearlman Consulting.
