Saturday, Jun 02, 2018

International Electronic Machines, a world leader in handheld, nondestructive evaluation systems, has been awarded a Phase I SBIR from the U.S. Air Force to develop a handheld, nondestructive examination system for vaults used to store high-value assets. The system will permit rapid, accurate detection of corrosion and other issues behind the walls of these vaults, automatically tracking coverage of the vault surface while mapping any detected faults to images of the visible surface. This will ensure the safety, reliable operation, and security of the vaults and their associated contents.
